niceone its true i quit 12yrs ago nye95 just blocked out all the negative stuff & be posative hold onto that belief until u know it doesnt have a hold on u anymore your right that it comes from within & how strong u wanna let urself be & how strong you believe you are urself deep inside just think this thing is not gonna beat me i am stronger than it and have the power inside to tell urself your gonna win this its easy ya know you are stronger stay posative and believe that it is easy

ummm not all of this is true, your body reacts to nicotine and your body needs more of it and more of it because it does somethin to somethin in your brain or somethin like that. so its not just your beliefs, its your beliefs and your body reacting to the nicotine. but im not giving up cigs or any kind of smoking until i die…
